Return Policy

Return Policy (Web Returns) Right to cancel: You can cancel and withdraw from your order within 30 days from the time of purchase. Unsealed and Unopend packages are accepted only. No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which may be given in writing (an e-mail will suffice) or by returning the goods at your own costs and risks. This right will have been fulfilled if you return the goods before the expiry of this period. Product must be in the original packaging and be in resellable condition. Product must be returned prepaid. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip. Refunds will be credited back via the same payment form. For online orders this is usually credit card. Hatley Clothing is final sale and non-returnable. Furniture is considered large order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Kid Kraft personalized items are non-returnable unless we have made a typographical error in the spelling of the requested name or is damaged. A personalized item is considered a custom order and is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Return Procedure If the goods were shipped to the 'bill to' address, separate the Packing Slip from the original invoice. Note: when the 'bill to' and 'ship to' addresses are different, the Packing Slip portion is shipped with the parcel (without pricing) and the Original Invoice portion is mailed to the 'bill to' address separately. So the person who receives the parcel has the packing slip. Fill in the reason for return in the box on the back of the Packing Slip.
