Q. Can I order an item on Toysandstuff.net and ship it to an international address?

Yes, at this time Toysandstuff.net offers this selection to USA and all other selected countires - please scroll down when purchasing items to see if your country is listed. (please be advised that toys shipped from USA will incur a small customs fee to the receiver)


Q. Do you have access to ship via FedEx if requested for customer preference, on international shipments?

Yes, we can use FedEx for international shipments.


Q. Do you offer Ocean Shipment for international shipments?

Yes, Ocean Shipment is available for both small (via Canada Post / UPS) and large sized packages (via FedEx).



Q. Where do you ship to?

Q. What are your shipping options and shipping rates?

Toysandstuff.net tries to offer you the least expensive shipping rates and to deliver to you on the day you request. When you place items in your shopping cart and place the order, CANADA POST and UPS calculates the shipping cost based on the weight and your choice of shipping Address.



Q. Do you have any items that will have additional shipping charges?

Some of our merchandise requires additional shipping time and charges. For example remote and far out zones. Please be advised that these charges are automatically calculated based on your mailing address.


Q. What is the customs/duties/brokerage fees?

These fees depends on the country of the receiver. For instance USA, the total order over US$200.00, there will be a brokerage fee applied to the receiver.


Q. How can I calculate conversion rate?

We use http://www.xe.com/ for all foreign exchange rates.



Q. What does out of stock mean?

Items out of stock are unavailable but can still be purchased by the customer, the delivery time may take 6-8 weeks from the time of the purchase, especially for European brands.


Q. Why is there a shipping time stated under some items?

Shipping time is stated for customers to have an idea when there shipment will arrive. For eg. if it states 'shipping time 1 week', that means 1 week in addition to the Canada Post or UPS delivery date selected.


Q. What does Back Ordered mean?

Back Ordered means those items that are in the process of order by Toys and Stuff, and so may have already been shipped to or arrived at Toys and Stuff. Therefore, the customer at the 'ship to' address will receive approximately a week later than the date shown by CANADA POST/UPS, in this case we advise the customers to be patient!


Q. Can I still buy when I get an error message or 'item too large'?

Yes. Based on the Canadian or USA shipping address you provide, we will send you the exact shipping rates in your email or there may be a flat rate of $35-$40. You then have the option of paying with the item or paying COD (cash on delivery) via UPS or PUROLATOR or CANPAR. Consequently, you can have it picked up by your own courier service, if you wish, such as UPS or FEDEX - we would however require your account number and postal code. Note: Items indicating FREE SHIPPING are eligible for free shipping.


Q. What does COD mean?

COD means Cash on Delivery - some items may not be on our website, please refer to Pinterest, these items are also delivered to the customer COD - payment is obtained at the time of delivery. In this case the customer has the option of paying by cheque, credit card, or money order.


Q. Which customers are eligible for FREE SHIPPING?

Free Shipping or Free Delivery is provided only to US and Canadian Customers, where indicated. If the respective customer is charged, Toys and Stuff will refund the shipping cost into their Paypal account.



Q. Will my items be shipped if I don't have PayPal accounts?

Yes. For a limited number of times, you can use credit card to purchase the item through PayPal. If you prefer to pay with PayPal in the future, you can sign up for an account after checkout.


Q. Are there any special shipping restrictions?

You cannot use Regular Shipping option if you are shipping to a Post Office Box or Rural Route addresses. Delivery of oversized items directly to customers in certain remote locations (such as Air-Stage communities) may not be possible or may incur additional delivery charges.



Q. Can I place an order and have it shipped to multiple addresses?

No, at this time we apologize for the inconvenience, you would have to re-do the entire order process.


Q. Can the shipping cost be overestimated?

Yes, although it is rare. If you feel the shipping cost is too high based on the item you select, you can always email for confirmation at info@toysandstuff.net. We will double check and gladly make necessary adjustments if required. Consequently, we can instantly refund via Paypal huge differences in shipping costs.


Q. How do I track my package once it has been shipped?

Orders that have been shipped will be listed with a pin number. Please note that pin numbers must be provided via email by Toys and Stuff only.


Q. Do all orders have tracking numbers?

All orders will be shipped with a tracking number except Small Parcel shipments via Surface.
